	Design selection: We work with the client to achieve their site specific needs. We provide design sketches and glass samples for review and approval.
	*Pricing: Based on the design, glass selection, dimensions of the opening and installation requirements we will deliver a formal proposal including a price quote. Pricing is generally estimated by the square foot. The designs shown on the designs* page range from $125 to $300 a square foot. We will also provide proposals based on a fixed budget.
	*Payment*: Upon final design approval, 1/3 of total price quote due prior to beginning work. Final 2/3 payment due upon completion of job.
